Outplacement

With our outplacement program, we would like to offer assistance to both organisations and their employees in the outplacement process. This provides both parties with a strategic solution based on long-term thinking, without the traditional dismissal process, which is typically loaded with conflicts.

The exceptional advantages of the process are primarily based on the mutual help the parties can provide each other. During the staff reduction process , the company whose need for workforce has diminished can help employees who are about to be dismissed in their job seeking efforts, while the employees retaining their secure livelihood can strengthen the renown of the company on the labour market. At the same time, when the company finds itself in need of additional staff again, the employee can return to the organisation and aid its former employer with increased confidence and security. In addition, executives and HR managers can also rest assured that, beside their duties as employers, they did everything humanly possible to support their former employees.
It is important to emphasize that from an economic standpoint, the process is also highly effective: its costs are insignificant compared to a severance pay or a possible labour dispute.

We can provide assistance in planning the complete process, in preparing the interior communication materials, and of course we can perform the entire outplacement process as well. We can provide executives and HR managers with useful advice on how the fact of the dismissal should be communicated to the whole company on the one hand and to the affected person on the other. We take part in the dismissal process and provide immediate assistance to the employees who had lost their position. As a first step, we conduct a personal situation analysis, gauging how well they can process the trauma, and assessing their emotional state. We appraise their qualifications and the skills they have acquired so far, provide them with an imaginary personality mirror to help them thoroughly get to know themselves, and by exploring the attainable options, we construct an individual action plan. This action plan contains advice about possible ways of re-education and the improvement of some skills and knowledge together with a thorough preparation for job seeking, in order to ensure that the dismissed employees can stand their ground in the labour market. Our goal is to ensure that the self-esteem of participants is preserved, and that in the long run they can become even more competitive on the labour market.
At the same time, by utilizing our far-reaching client and counselling partner network, and with the help of employment centres, we try to provide them with actual job offers as well.

The program is always followed by post-observance, evaluating the actual job-seeking and providing feedback.

We provide the employees with regular consultations throughout the entire program.

This coaching program is available for individuals as well as groups (depending on the qualifications, position, emotional state, etc.), and it can also be implemented on the site of the employer.
